Supported File Types:
We support PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, TIFF & JPG files. These files can be delivered on a CD/DVD, flash/thumb drive, or via our online dropbox facility. |
Supplying Artwork:
When supplying your own artwork, please ensure it is in CMYK format and all outlines & text are converted to curves. We recommend files are supplied at 100% size and have a minimum resolution of 100dpi. |
Solvent Printing:
Large format solvent printing allows us to produce high quality prints on a large variety of materials. Our machine produces full colour graphics up to 1580mm wide.
Solvent prints are rated up to 3 years outdoor. This can be extended with the use of a UV stabilised laminate which we recommend.
Curing Time – Quality solvent prints require a minimum of 24hrs drying time to allow the solvent ink to degas before lamination. Please take this time into consideration when placing orders. |
Thermal Printing:
Thermal printing is great if you require a custom made label or short run of stickers. Using our thermal print process, we can produce durable stickers on high quality films in a range of sizes, colours & shapes. The thermal process does not involve ink so we can also print a range of specialty colours including chrome, white & metallics! |
